THREADS // FILIGREE FANTASTIQUE
Kiwi designer KarenWalker is no stranger to non-traditional lookbooks and she’s stayed true to
theme with her latest capsule eyewear offering 'Fantastique'.
The campaign was shot in New York to “capture the
collection’s optimistic and celebratory feel”, as explained by creative
director Mikhail Gherman. “I love the way that even inanimate objects can
immediately become filled with extraordinary personality with the addition of a
great pair of shades.”
From
broomsticks to balloons, Walker somehow manages to make the most random inanimate
household items seem ultra-cool. This limited edition collection includes 3 of
her bestselling classic frames ‘blinged up’ with laser cut and black and gold
filigree.
Incu Sydney will be home to a Karen
Walker popup shop Candy Bar from 5th - 29th November. I don’t want to
burst your bubble but there’s only a limited quantity available so act fast!
